City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong (CCOHK) is seeking a competent arts administrator with excellent communication skills in English and Chinese for the post of Assistant Concert Administrator (Full-time)
Applicants for the post must be:
(i) Passionate about pursuing a career in classical music administration;
(ii) Keen to make a hardworking contribution to the Hong Kong music sector; and
(iii) Capable of working on several projects at a time with detailed precision
Duties include general concert organization, tour planning, scheduling, translation, proofreading, ticketing, marketing, sales and stage management.
The applicant should possess good digital communication skills and be capable of meeting deadlines without constant supervision. Occasional evening and weekend work is required. Applicants with a music degree and relevant concert or event planning experience preferred. Salary should be commensurate with experience.
