Ben Pelletier
Principal Trombone
Ben Pelletier was raised in the wilds of Alaska before being awarded the Most Outstanding Musician Award at the McDonald's All-American Band and joining the Yamaha Young Performing Artist programme. He studied trombone at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York where he received his Bachelor of Music degree with distinction and a Performer's Certificate. Now residing in Hong Kong, Ben Pelletier has established an active performing career across both the classical and commercial/pop scenes. In addition to his work with City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong since 2003, he performs with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and other top orchestras and ensembles in Hong Kong and South-East Asia, and has served as band leader and trombonist for numerous West End/Broadway-style productions. In addition to playing in and managing the popular Pete Moore Band, he has also performed live and recorded with many of Asia's best-known stars including Jacky Cheung, Alan Tam, Khalil Fong, Andy Lau, Eason Chan, Teresa Carpio, Leslie Cheung and Joey Yung, among others.

彭禮傑在阿拉斯加的原野成長。他曾在麥當勞的全美銀樂隊競賽中取得了最佳樂手獎，並加入了山枼青年演奏家計劃，之後於紐約州的羅徹斯特入讀伊士曼音樂學院學曾長號。他在該校以優異成績同時考獲音樂學士(優異)和演奏文憑。彭禮傑現居香港，同時活躍於古典音樂界與流行音樂界，除了於2003年加入香港城市室樂團並參與演出至今，他更經常與香港管弦樂團等香港及東南亞的一流管弦樂團和樂隊合作，亦曾為不少倫敦西區和百老匯式製作擔任樂隊領班和長號手。他不單是Pete Moore Band的一名樂手，更負責管理該樂隊；曾與亞洲多位著名表演者例如張學友、譚詠麟、方大同、劉德華、陳奕迅、杜麗莎、張國榮、容祖兒等合作，灌錄唱片或作現場表演。
