Shark Symphony follows the tale of two businessmen who set up an underwater restaurant in Hong Kong and stage a series of immersive concerts to attract hammerhead sharks. The business takes a nosedive when shark’s fin is discovered on the menu. Combining live music, song and dance into one extraordinary under-the-sea creation, Shark Symphony invites you to think twice about the real predator lurking: human or shark?
